Clare Baker of Turners Falls Wins Raffle at Franklin County Fair

Clare Baker is the grandprize winner of the $500 jackpot! Clare received her prize at the Franklin Area Survival Center early Monday morning (Sept. 9).  She was thrilled, because "I have never won anything"! Well Clare, you sure start big! In the above picture, Faith Rockwood, President of the Board of Directors, hands Clare her big prize.

Win $500 at the Franklin County Fair September 8-11

We invite you to join us at the Franklin County Fair in Greenfield, MA.  We will be raffling off $500 donated to us for the raffle by a supporter of the Franklin Area Surival Center.  We will be in the Dole Building and we hope you will stop by, check out our scrapbooks as we are celebrating our 30th year serving the Franklin County area.  We will board members and volunteers manning the booth straight through the time the buildings are open.  We also will be selling a few items that came into the center as donations, so that you can see the quality of items that we have in our thrift store in Turners Falls next to our food pantry.  A few smaller items will be included in the raffle as well, so if you don't win the big money, you may win a crockpot or ????
