Truck is Back!

Our Truck has broken down and is in the shop. This was unexpected and it will be down for a while. We hope not too long. However, it will interrupt our ability to pick up food at the food bank this week. Our food pantry will remain open with the food that we have on hand. Please plan accordingly because what you think you are going to get, may not happen this week.

Update:  Our truck is back and we are able to pick up our food at the Food Bank this week! Yeah!  We are also able to do our pick ups of donated furniture, so you can call and set up an appointment for us to come if you have some good sellable used furniture and/or household items! Call us if you do! Your donations are tax deductible and will help support our food pantry which services thousands of people each year!

Information Regarding Donations!

We do not take computers, printers, scanners, fax machines, or televisions.

We do not take large appliances such as refrigerators, washer, dryer, etc.

We do accept small appliances such as working and clean microwaves, VCR's, DVD players, toasters, griddles, food processors, blenders, juicers, etc.

We cannot accept cribs, children's car seats, bumble seats (recalled), and very large outside toys for kids.

We only accept bikes if they are in good condition and are sellable. Please do not bring in rusted and broken bikes because we will not take them.

If you have large items, we encourage you to call first (413-863-9549) before coming in and ask whether or not we accept that item and understand that we may not take it once we see the item.

We do come to your home and check out items you wish to donate, but we reserve the right to refuse those items.

Please realize that our clients need to use the items that they are purchasing, so please do not bring in broken items, dirty items, etc.

Thank you!
