Annual Steve's Aubuchon Hardware (turners Falls) Fundraiser- May 9 and 10!

The annual fundraiser held at Steve's Aubuchon Hardware in Turners Falls will be May 9 and 10th.  Franklin Area Survival Center board members will be on hand to grill hotdogs (asking for a donation of $1.00 for each dog!).  Aubuchon's is graciously donating the hotdogs, rolls and condiments! You can also bring non-perishable food for our food pantry.

The bounce house will be available for kids, classic cars will be onsite on Friday and several vendors will be set up with free items for stopping by!

We look forward to see you! Stop by and say hello!

Reminder: Thrift Store Construction to Begin This Weekend!

This is a reminder that the thrift store will be closed beginning at 5:00 p.m. this Saturday (May 4) and will remain closed until Monday morning, May 11, at 10:00 a.m. Bins will be outside the parking lot door so that donations may still be dropped off during business hours.

The food pantry will remain open to service clients in need of food. Please do not go into the construction area.  Parking is going to be limited during this time. Please plan accordingly.

Jamie, David and Veronica will be on hand during the week working inside the store. Veronica is going to be revamping the housewares room.  Make sure you check it out when we reopen. The guys will be working miracles in the store, washing and waxing the floors as well as moving things around!

Thank you for your cooperation and patience during this time.

Head's Up!

Head's up:

The Franklin Area Survival Center's thrift store will be closed May 5-10 for construction and a revamping of the store itself. The thrift store is scheduled to be reopened on Monday, May 12th.  We will have bins outside the middle door for collection of donations, so please do not hesitate to drop off your items.

Food pick ups will still be done during the week, so the food pantry will be supplied and open for servicing our clients.  Only the food pantry door will be in use for the public.  Please do not cross into the construction area.
