Clare Baker of Turners Falls Wins Raffle at Franklin County Fair

Clare Baker is the grandprize winner of the $500 jackpot! Clare received her prize at the Franklin Area Survival Center early Monday morning (Sept. 9).  She was thrilled, because "I have never won anything"! Well Clare, you sure start big!
