Effective Immediately: No Longer Holding Large Items in Store

Effective immediately the Franklin Area Survival Center will no longer hold furniture or any other item. Because we have had several problems with this in the last year or so, and again today, we will no longer allow someone to put a down payment on a large item and pick it up within a week. An item you purchase will need to leave the store the day of sale or if we are delivering it we will deliver within 48 hours (unless purchased on a Friday, then we will deliver on the next day that we are open at a time convenient for the supervisor). It is unfortunate that we have had to do this, but we have been contemplating it for quite some time due to lack of storage space. The incident today sealed the decision to end this practice.
